Wheels Privacy Policy

Wheels is a free professional app. It provides order deliveries for drivers registered in Wheels Delivery Services.

Wheels’ Privacy Policy provides visitors with details about our policies regarding the personal information we collect, and how it is used and shared, if anyone decides to use our service.

When you choose to use Wheels, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The data that we collect is used to continuously improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Wheels unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection and Use

We collect data when drivers create or update their Wheels accounts. This includes first and last name, phone number, profile picture, address, and vehicle information.

Through the verification process, the Driver has to submit a picture of themselves, a picture of their ID, and pictures of their vehicle and vehicle documents. This data is used to verify the information provided by the driver. This data will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent.

The app uses background location tracking technology to monitor the drivers’ location during operational hours. This practice supports efficient job assignment, safety monitoring, and route optimization. Drivers can manage their location settings through the app; however, disabling location services may impact the functionality of the app and the ability to receive delivery assignments.

All personal information collected from drivers is solely for Operational Purposes, Customer Support and Research & Development. This data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Google Play Services

Whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the Wheels app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your operating system version, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
